some cleanup:
-USE_NEW_TEXINFO, saves some patches
-symlink libiberty.a into build tree instead of buildlink/lib,
saves some patches
-put common make rules into Makefile.common (for all) and
buildaddon.mk (for all but the base "c" pkg)
