1.) Remove all instances of '@${WARNING_MSG} "Warning: ...' which resulted
in error message like 'WARNING: Warning: ...'.
2.) Replace "WARN_MSG" with "WARNING_MSG" which makes the "make package"
target work again for restricted packages like "acroread7".
