Rename (by CVS repository copy) bsd.port.mk to bsd.pkg.mk, and
bsd.port.subdir.mk to bsd.pkg.subdir.mk. Remove the Makefile that was
used to install the old files, as we use the files in place in the
pkgsrc tree now.
