mpv: Update to 0.30.0

pkgsrc changes:
 - Drop dependency to libdvdread, no longer supported in favour of libdvdnav
 - Remove `v4l2' option, option was removed and no longer supported
 - Remove patch-audio_out_ao__oss.c, applied upstream
