Update chicken to 3.4.0.
Changes between 3.3.0 and 3.4.0:
- Fixes to the MinGW build.
- PCRE 7.7
- Bug fix for bitwise-or use [Joerg Wittenberger]
- Bug fix in thread-terminate! [thanks to Joerg Wittenberger]
- Cygwin build patched to put the runtime libraries in the right place.
