Update to version 2.02

Add (pseudo) HOMEPAGE, trim dependencies, install examples.

        - clusters can now take attributes as a hashref, thanks to
          patch from Richard A.Wells (see clusters2.pl)
        - fix docbug in GraphViz::Parse::Yapp (spotted by Mark Fowler)
        - better quoting (patch by Barrie Slaymaker)
        - document as_debug (suggested by Richard Clamp)
