update to libxslt-1.1.4
update BUILDLINK_DEPENDS on libxml2 to 2.6.17 (for module support)

xinclude and document() problem, build outside of source tree (Mike
Castle)
- improvement: added a --nodict mode to xsltproc to check problems for
docuemtns without dictionnaries
