Sync to lib/libc/stdlib/strtoll.c 1.6:
* Use LLONG_{MIN,MAX} instead of QUAD_{MIN,MAX}
* Use "long long int" instead of "long long"
* Appease lint
* Use "long long" instead of "quad" in comments.
