Update galeon to 1.2.8
Changes:
1.2.8 "Gettextize me captain!"
- Compatible with 1.01, 1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3a, 1.3b
- API Wrappers added from Mozilla for support for old plugins when
compiled with gcc 3.x
- *Finally* got new versions of gettext (0.11.x) working properly
- Couple of bugfixes
