Importing p5 package for Olson::Abbreviations 0.02 to
time/p5-Olson-Abbreviations as dependency for scheduled import of p5
package for MooseX::Types::DateTime::ButMaintained.
This module should help with converting commonly used and often ambigious
olson abbreviations into TZ offset notation.
