Import ap-auth-mysql 4.3.1, Apache module for user authentication
using information stored in a MySQL database.
Based on pkgwip package done by cube@, thanks a lot!
Package should support both Apache 1.x and 2.x, but only Apache 1.x
tested at the moment.
