Initial import of cocoon-1.7.4. From pkg/DESCR:
Cocoon is a 100% pure Java publishing framework that relies on new W3C
technologies (such as DOM, XML, and XSL) to provide web content.
There is a good overview of the technologies Cocoon uses to streamline
the web publishing process at
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/technologies.html
