  - Improved diagnostics information for MOJO_DAEMON_DEBUG,
    MOJO_USERAGENT_DEBUG and MOJO_WEBSOCKET_DEBUG environment variables.
  - Fixed tag helpers to generate correct HTML5. (batman, sri)
  - Fixed JSON Pointer escaping bug.
  - Fixed portability bug in monkey_patch tests.
