	- require Encode 2.26 (there are so many distributions which
	  older versions of Encode which contain serious flaws)

	Improvements:

	- sort optional module names in Makefile.PL

	- message disappeared when ::Manager::moveMessages() had to move
	  messages to the folder it already was in.
