GNU Mailutils is a swiss army knife of electronic mail handling.
It offers a rich set of utilities and daemons for processing e-mail.
All Mailutils programs are able to operate on mailboxes of any existing
format, ranging from standard UNIX maildrops, through maildir and up to
remote mailboxes, which are transparently accessed using IMAP4, POP3 and
SMTP.

Columbia MM (Mail Manager) is an interactive, text-mode mail client for
UNIX, based on the TOPS-20 MM program. It is written in C using the CCMD
(TOPS-20 COMND Jsys in C) package developed at Columbia University.
Project is currently hosted and maintained on Kermit Project's FTP
server.
CCMD libraries are built alongside MM and included in the package.
This package uses a stripped-down tarball with all the required files
(+ a couple of fixes) hosted on my account at ftp.NetBSD.org, for
reasons of conveniency.
Interesting docs and historical notes are included too.

Does not support tidy 5.8.0, the current pkgsrc version;
dead upstream so if someone is interested, please fix this.
|
|
Doesn't build in any bulk build I could find, sources from 2005.
Use mail/wl-snapshot or package.el from inside emacs.
|
|
There's probably a bug in the Makefile but I don't see it.

* Text zooming in the Message View is now possible, using CTRL+mouse

the Message View's right-click menu.
* GtkColorChooser is now used in the Spell Checking preferences,
Colour Label preferences, and the folder Properties pages.

Properties. This allows setting an email address which will
override the Account's email address.

Properties, 'Skip folder when searching for unread or new
messages', so that the folder can be skipped when using Go To
next/previous unread/new message.
* 'By Sender' has been added to '/Tools/Create filtering rule/...'
and '/Tools/Create processing rule/...'
* The option 'Run processing rules before marking all messages in a
folder as read or unread' has been added to

* The method of handling Tags has been improved.

if you delete the current message, pressing Enter will open the

These are currently duplicated in mk/platform/SunOS.mk but the generic
removals will be removed soon in favour of per-package removals, due to
flags getting leaked into installed files.

Drop 37 from PYTHON_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED for all but
py-backports.cached-property (which exists only for 37, and I'm
guessing it will build fine and not cause trouble).
This follows the new plan of "37 is all but removed, with the
lang/python37 package remaining, but py37-foo are not built by
default" compromise to avoid problems from the current state of
massive py37-foo build failures while stopping short of outright
removal.

resizing handling, and adds support for batch-mode IMAP Fcc. Please see the

The C standard says assert() must be a void expression, so change
the definition from being a block to an expression, loosely patterned
after our <assert.h> header. This makes it compatible with the
various perl headers this program uses. Also, add a missing semicolon
in a sequence of assert() uses, as this error was now exposed.
Bump PKGREVISION.
