If you do not have an existing snmpd.conf configuration file, you may
generate one using snmpconf(1), e.g.:
${PREFIX}/bin/snmpconf -g basic_setup
The resulting config file should be placed in:
${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/snmpd.conf
