To get started, copy ${PREFIX}/share/examples/skhd/skhdrc to
~/.skhdrc and edit at will. The configuration file must be executable.
Once done, launch skhd with:
launchctl load /Library/LaunchAgents/com.koekeishiya.skhd.plist
