* DistUpgrade/DistUpgrade.cfg:
use ~dapper as identifier
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeControler.py, DistUpgrade/dist-upgrade.py:
- add "--haveBackports" to skip parts of the procedure
- re-exec itself when all the backports are in place
