* DistUpgrade/dist-upgrade.py:
- added --cdrom" option to point to the cdrom mount point to use during
install
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeControler.py:
- basic support for CDROM based upgrades added via AptCdrom object and
useNetworking question
