* DistUpgrade/DistUpgrade.cfg:
- added version identifier to the config to ensure that we get the right
version of backported packages (currently set to ~dapper)
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeControler.py:
- check the versionlist of the backported packages to find the one we need
