Merge from mvo
* python/generic.h:
- set Object to NULL in CppDeallocPtr
* python/depcache.cc:
- don't run "actiongroup.release()" if the object was already
deallocated
* tests/test_apt_cache.py:
- fix tests to work if apt compressed indexes are enabled
