* do not create duplicated entries when changing the server
* move the get_server_list method from software-properties to
aptsources:
- a generic implementation
- an Ubuntu implementation that can handle country based mirrors
* add support for "rpm" and "rpm-src" in the sources list parser
* make more use of the distro.type_source and type_binary
* remove the exclution of security.ubuntu.com from the change server
method - this has to be done in the UbuntuDistribution inherit
