* python/sourcelist.cc:
- support GetIndexes() GetAll argument to implement
something like --print-uris
* python/apt_pkgmodule.cc:
- add InstState{Ok,ReInstReq,Hold,HoldReInstReq} constants
* apt/cache.py:
- add reqReinstallPkgs property that lists all packages in
ReInstReq or HoldReInstReq
