* gnu-versions.h (_GNU_OBSTACK_INTERFACE_VERSION): Set to 2 since
interface was changed with addition of _obstack_memory_used.
Suggested by Ian Taylor <ian@cygnus.com>.
* malloc/obstack.c: Include <config.h>. Include <stdlib.h> only
if __GNU_LIBRARY__ or HAVE_STDLIB_H is defined.
